DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Antelope Clothing use Royal Mail as our main postal service. We also offer free collection to those based in the SS postcode, Essex. If you select this delivery method at checkout and you do not qualify for local collection, we will contact you with instructions on how to pay for delivery.
ALL items purchased through Antelope Clothing are made to order. We do NOT offer refunds or returns if the product is the wrong size. It is your responsibility to use the size guides provided before purchasing. If an item is the wrong size, you may send it back to us and exchange for another size. We do NOT cover the return postage in either direction. You will be required to pay for return postage.
If an item is damaged in any way, Antelope Clothing will accept the item back, pay for return postage and refund the original order value in full. This is subject to you, the customer, providing full details of the defected item, including photographic evidence. Once an item has been worn or washed, we do not accept any responsibility for damage to the garments.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your item(s) to be dispatched. Full UK tracking information will be sent to you via email once your item(s) have been dispatched. You can track your order via the official Royal Mail website.
Please note, items purchased during a sale event may take longer to be dispatched. Items bought during a sale event are not eligible for refunds or returns, similar to items purchased outside of a sale event.
